Great free photo editor that is particularly good if you want to convert or change a batch of photos in the same way. Very capable but user interface a little clunky!
I can remember the days of carrying this program around from computer to computer on a floppy disk. It's a much bigger program now, but I still use it when I want something quick and easy.
