The abstract at the head of this article infers that it is "a tablet, smartphone and desktop PC". I am not sure where they got the "smartphone" bit from! It is, however, a full tablet and desktop PC (when combined with a monitor) that can operate independently and on two different Operating Systems!Asus Transformer Book Trio is tablet, laptop and desktop rolled into one - Computerworld:
